Here we present an approach to the synthesis of hybrid C-Au-Ag nanoparticles which were found to be 20–30 nm carbon nanospheres containing dispersed Au-Ag bimetallic nanoparticles (1–5 nm). It was found also that C-Au-Ag NPs annealing at various temperatures in the range 100 – 600 C allows plasmon resonance tuning and opens efficient way of directed control of the deposited hybrid structures functional properties (SERS, MEF).
