Graphene –modified Carbon Paste Electrode for Cadmium and Lead Monitoring with Flow based System

We successfully developed the Bi-GCPE electrode for the determination of Cd2+ and Pb2+ in real sample such as sea bass fish tissue and undulated surf clams tissue by square wave anodic stripping voltammetry. The detection limit (LOD) were found to be 0.07 and 0.04 microgram/L for Cd2+ and Pb2+,respectively The recoveries are acceptable in range between 70.37 to 119.99% for Cd2+ and 65.83 to 113.46% for Pb2+, respectively.
