Investigation of Interaction Between Subparts in Human Hemoglobin Using Concept of Conjugated Ion-Hydrogen Bonds Systems and Its Application to Biosensors Development Problem

The novel concept of conjugated ion-hydrogen bonds system as the basic charge-,energy- and siganl-transferring structure on the proteins, proposed by authors in previous publications, is demonstrated with the help of a new compueter program, developed for the scientific and educational purposes in Microtechnology Center. It is clearly shown the existence of long continuous systems, which are able to work as charge-passing channels in the great deal of proteins. Most important fact is, that there are such systems, penetrating through the one subpart of proteins to another one in the oligomer structures, such as the hemoglobin tetramer. This fact seems to be important for the possible interpretation of some cfacts, specific for the proteins functionality. The concept described may be useful to micro-, nano- and bio-systems development.
