This paper describes simulations of dendrimers of generation 4, for the transport of drugs to combat tuberculosis. One of the main causes of death in patients who have HIV. We used molecular modeling of large scale. This work was divided in two parts. first describes the structure of dendrimers at different pH, thus describing may or may not be a nanocarrier of drug. Second, the insertion of drugs inside dendrimers for transport in differents ph.
