A plant leaf was used as a master to make a mold by nickel electroforming. The positive polymer replica was then fabricated by UV-nanoimprint lithography (UV-NIL) using the nickel mold. This new replication method turns out to be quite promising in view of the replication quality of both micro/nano structures and hydrophobicity. | | ISBN: | 0-9767985-8-1 |
