Oxidation follows first order kinetics with respect to [V(V)], [Substrate] and [H+]. The presence of anionic surfactant viz., Sodium lauryl sulphate enhances the reaction rate. Broxton method is utilized for the determination of CMC and thermodynamic parameters viz. DE#, DH#, DG#, DS# have been computated.
