Abstract:
A sensitive electrochemical immunoassay based on nanoparticle labels has been developed for the detection of protein biomarker-Macrophage chemoattractant protein 1.The approach is based on a new biosensing principle of the protein biomarker-induced formation of nanoparticles assembling and sensitive electrochemical stripping detection of captured nanoparticle labels.
