Abstract:
ATRP approach was employed to synthesis polymer-coated magnetite nanoparticles and was therefore characterized by various methods. The challenge was to obtain a thin shell and particles in an unagglomerated state. Several factors were found to play a key role in this study. This work has a remarkable biomedical application potential.
