Abstract:Polydiacetylene liposome has specific color change of blue to red upon various kinds of stimuli. Stimuli can be a antigen-antybody, thermal stimuli and Ph change and even physical contact. From these charecteristics polydiacetylene used a detecting sensor. but once the color of liposome changed to red color, then it can not back to blue color. we synthesized a special monomer which has reversibility. From this monomer, we brached out various kinds of polydiacetylene derivatives. After that, we modified what makes liposome reversible. This study can give us important informations in making reversible polydiacetylene sensor.
