High performance biomolecules sorting systems using T-shaped microchannel including IR absorbers were realized. By using Mebiol GelTM as the carrier, high speed sorting of about 30msec was achieved. We also apply sol-gel transfer to control flow in the microcavity by projecting IR light through the mask or by scanning the focused IR laser. This method enables to form gelled area in the 2-D free space. | | ISBN: | 0-9728422-7-6 |
