Abstract:

Cost, yields, time to market, and safety have slowed the adoption of nanomaterials into industry. Microreactor technology has begun to address these issues and is proposed as a platform for nanomaterials manufacturing. This poster will discuss the advantages of microreactor technology for thin film deposition and include recent data on deposition rates and yields. The use of microreactor technology for deposition of CdS films to make functional transistors will also be presented.
