Instructions for Authors

Oral Presentations

Presentations are limited to 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions and answers. Standard audiovisual equipment, including Personal Computer, LCD Projector, Screen, Microphone and Pointer, will be provided in each session room. You may also use your personal laptop for the presentation. Authors who do not wish to bring their own computer should bring their presentation on CDROM or USB memory stick.

Authors who need an Overhead Projector should contact the conference secretariat.

Posters

Poster stands, and tacks for mounting, will be provided on site. The displayable area is 3 ft wide and 4 ft high. Posters may be assembled from individual pages. Authors must however provide their own titles.

Proceedings

The 4-page manuscript will be published in the conference technical proceedings on CDROM, distributed to attendees on site. Printed copies of conference technical proceedings will be available for purchase on-site, and may be pre-purchased with registration.
